Lectures and workshops for groups and couples on ancient Chinese sexology and it’s connection to Tao. 

What are the Lectures and Workshops about?

Cultivation of sexual energy as a way of enhancing health, pleasure and spiritual development.

The Lectures

The lecture covers the ancient Tao secrets of sexual energy cultivation, secrets that were known only to a select few over thousands of years in ancient China.

Includes experiencing basic Tao meditations that are at the root of the sexual exercises.

Participants are exposed to a rich and unconventional world in its approach to sex, sexual energy and the possibilities hidden in them.

Lectures are taught alternately by Gidon Ben Israel and Ariel Sa’ar.

Workshops

Workshops are between an hour and an hour and thirty minutes long.

It is possible to hold small workshops that combine a lecture and a broader experiential segment, which includes meditations and movement exercises. It is also possible to expand the workshop and include the subject: “Converting Stress into Vitality in Tao”.

A short workshop is two hours, half a day or a whole day long according to demand.
